Welcome to the website of Bank Resources and Solutions, a division of Financial Institutions Resources and Solutions, Inc.  The company was founded by Mark Riley, a former bank CEO and recognized bank turnaround expert, and Susan Riley, a Bank Operations and IT/BSA/AML specialist, to assist community banks with improving their performance. FIRSINC has resources to address all areas of CAMELS, including Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Information Technology and Risk Management.

Our premise is simple: as experienced bankers, we’ve been through some difficult economic times. We have led or participated in turning organizations or divisions around, and created outstanding teams in the process. Our team has confronted the challenges head-on, made the tough decisions and understand how important it is to have a trusted resource.
